Merhaba. 2013 Nisan ayında yeni bir iMac satın aldım.ML 10.8.3 yüklü geldi. Fakat bu günlerde Mac app Store'dan yanlışlıkla ML'yi tekrar indirdim. Kredi kartıma 35,99 TL ücret yansıdı. sihirli Elmada ücret iadesi ile ilgili yapılması gerekenleri yaptım. Bana şu şekilde mailler geldi.İngilizcem iyi olmadığı için ne dediklerini tam anlamadım. Bir kod istiyorlar ama ben gereken kodları gönderdiğimi düşünüyorum. Yardımcı olursanız memnun olurum. Şimdiden teşekkürler.

I have recently bought a new Mac (iMac, 2013) on April 12rd. Therefore I believe I am qualified to have the Mountain Lion for free. Here is my Mac’s serial number: C02K5AE2DNCR I have claimed and received a redeem code and used it to get my Mountain Lion too for free. :) So, I have my redemption code with me.
However, by my mistake, I have also purchased Mountain Lion via Mac App Store and charged with $19.99.( 35,99 TL) Here is my order number: MHNBH68124
I would really appreciate if you could help me fix this issue by a refund, since I paid accidentally for Mountain Lion.
